Can I bring my own API keys or AI subscriptions?
Yes. On Basic you bring your own keys, and they go from your container straight to the model provider. You can also sign in with subscriptions you already pay for, like ChatGPT or Claude. Plus and above add bundled free models, GPT-OSS 20B, GPT-OSS 120B, and DeepSeek V4 Flash, with usage limits on a rolling 5-hour window plus a weekly cap.
Can I connect my own WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack?
Yes. Your agent talks through your own accounts on WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and the other channels OpenClaw and Hermes support, plus 1,000+ app integrations like Gmail, GitHub, and Google Calendar in one click through Composio.

Do you train AI models on my data?
No. Nothing your agent reads, writes, or says is used to train a model, and we do not collect your conversations, files, or terminal sessions. That commitment is in our Terms.
Is there any lock-in?
No. Your files and keys live inside your container, your workspace is plain files you can download through the file browser or terminal anytime, and you can cancel from the dashboard whenever you like. You keep access through the period you already paid for.
