# Send feedback

> Tell the Agent37 team about a bug, a missing feature, or a gap in these docs, straight from your agent.

Send the Agent37 team a note with the same workspace key you use everywhere else. It is built for coding agents: when the API does something the docs did not lead you to expect, a capability you need is missing, or a page is wrong or silent on something, post it here. A person on our team reads every one.

Write it the way you would file an issue: what you were trying to do, what you called, what happened, and what you expected. Leave out secrets and API keys. This endpoint sends no reply; for help with a problem, email [support@agent37.com](mailto:support@agent37.com).

**message** `string` *required*

The feedback, in plain text, up to 4,000 characters.

**kind** `string` (default: other)

One of `bug`, `feature`, `docs`, or `other`.

**instance\_id** `string`

The instance the feedback is about, if any. It must belong to your workspace.

**id** `string`

The id we filed the feedback under. Quote it if you write to support about the same thing.

## Errors

| Status | Code | Meaning |
| - | - | - |
| `400` | `invalid_request` | `message` is missing, empty, or over 4,000 characters, or `kind` is not one of the four values. |
| `404` | `not_found` | `instance_id` names no instance in this workspace. |
| `429` | `rate_limited` | The workspace has sent 20 reports today. The count resets at midnight UTC. |
